Making Iced Lattes

Iced lattes are made by pouring espresso shots over iced milk of choice. It is best to fill the cup with ice, add 3/4 of the milk to the cup, then pour the hot espresso over the iced milk. If you pour the hot espresso over the ice and add milk, the ice content diminishes significantly.
