At AMIE Bakery, our menu reflects our passion for old-time classics and showcases some of the latest dessert trends. All our cakes are made to order to ensure quality and freshness. All of our cakes are from scratch using whole ingredients. Our cakes should be served at room temperature for best texture and flavor.

DECORATION
Traditional cakes are available with or without sprinkles. Alternatively, we offer a Garden cake topped with a variety of colorful buttercream flowers. Our Garden cake is finished with tinted vanilla buttercream.

Coconut Cream
Vanilla cake filled with whipped coconut, coconut buttercream outer finish and toasted coconut exterior.
Sweet Cream
Vanilla cake, Chef’s choice fresh fruit filling, finished with whipped cream. Fresh fruit fillings will be selected by the Pastry Chef based on availability.
Classic Carrot
You can’t go wrong with a classic carrot cake, frosted with cream cheese icing. This product contains nuts.
Chocolate Turtle
Chocolate cake, peanut praline filling, and caramel buttercream. This product contains nuts and cannot be made gluten-free.
Almond Berry
Vanilla cake, almond whipped cream, raspberry jam, fresh berries, and vanilla buttercream.
Lemon Lulu
Amie’s favorite: vanilla cake, lemon curd filling, and vanilla buttercream frosting.
Cake Order Policy, Serving & Storage
·—·We make a traditional Swiss meringue buttercream that contains a high percentage of butter. Cakes should be stored in a cool location, but for optimal texture and flavor, our cakes should be served at room temperature. Cakes can be frozen when stored in an airtight container.
We ask for at least 72 hours notice; however, we are a small team of scratch bakers and our production queue fills up. Ordering early is the best way to secure a spot on our production queue.
Each cake is baked to order; therefore, all cake orders are non-refundable and must be prepaid. Cakes cancelled within 5 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee; within 72 hours the cake is non-refundable. Custom designed cakes will not be refunded.

Cupcakes are available for order in multiples of 6. We offer a variety of cupcakes in-store on a first-come, first-served basis.
