ALLERGENS
AMIE Bakery is a facility that uses nuts, wheat/gluten, and other common allergens. We scratch bake 98% of our menu from start to finish; we do not purchase any boxed mixes or fillings from a bucket. While we offer many nut-free items and a small selection of gluten-free friendly (GF) items, we are unable to guarantee complete absence of cross contamination. We do not adjust recipes; all items are provided as is. Please inform our front of house manager of allergies in your party.
PICKUP INFORMATION
Thanksgiving is our busiest time of year; our team works diligently to fulfill a high volume of holiday orders. Our retail area will be open for beverages, sandwiches, and additional pastry and desserts. We will have a selection of holiday items available on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to seeing you and setting the table this holiday season!
While we do our best to reach customers who have missed their pickup, we cannot guarantee courtesy calls. If you are running late, please call us during business hours to notify our team. Our phones direct straight to voicemail after we have closed for the day. Pickup is the responsibility of the customer: AMIE Bakery is not liable for items not picked up during business hours on your chosen pickup day. Please inform anyone who may be picking up the order on your behalf. All items are provided cold or at room temperature; items like quiche must be reheated at home (instructions are provided).
When you place an online order, it will be reviewed and confirmed by our staff. You should receive a confirmation email and order number within 24 hours of submitting. If you do not receive email confirmation and see the charge on your card within 24 hours, please call us to confirm receipt of the order. You do not need to bring a copy of your receipt with you to the bakery, although you are welcome to if you’d like. If you are sending someone to pick up the order on your behalf, please let them know of our holiday business hours and the pickup time chosen during checkout.
ORDERING DEADLINE
Our ordering deadline is Sunday, November 22 at 3:00 PM. Please proceed through checkout and enter credit card information before the deadline. After the ordering deadline, online ordering is disabled and our team will no longer accept orders. A small selection of extra pies and specialty items will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend coming in on Tuesday, November 24 if you have a last-minute need.
