PICKUP INFORMATION
Thanksgiving is our busiest time of year; our team works diligently to fulfill a high volume of holiday orders. Our retail area will be open for beverages, sandwiches, and additional pastry. We will have a selection of holiday items available on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to seeing you and setting the table this holiday season!
While we do our best to reach customers who have missed their pickup, we cannot guarantee courtesy calls. If you are running late, please call us during business hours to notify our team. Our phones direct straight to voicemail after we have closed for the day. Pickup is the responsibility of the customer: AMIE Bakery is not liable for items not picked up during business hours on your chosen pickup day. Please inform anyone who may be picking up the order on your behalf.
When you place an online order, it will be reviewed and confirmed by our staff. You should receive a confirmation email and order number within 24 hours of submitting. If you do not receive email confirmation and see the charge on your card within 24 hours, please call us to confirm receipt of the order. You do not need to bring a copy of your receipt with you to the bakery. If you are sending someone to pick up the order on your behalf, please let them know of our holiday business hours.
