At AMIE Bakery, our menu reflects our passion for old-time classics and showcases some of the latest dessert trends. We want each visit to our shop to be a special experience, so you’ll see an ever-changing selection of pastries in our bakery cases in addition to some of our regular items.

All items from our menu are available for catering. We have beautiful platters of assorted mini muffins and pastries—perfectly sized to accompany your morning coffee, any celebrations, or to kickoff your daily business on a perfect note.

Our pies and tarts are made with an Italian shortcrust, hand rolled, and filled seasonal ingredients. Our fillings, like pastry cream and lemon curd, are made from scratch.
Our selection rotates but includes choices such as: Apple, Blueberry, Cherry, Lemon Meringue, Pear- or Apple-Almond, Pumpkin, Bourbon Pecan, Chocolate Bourbon Pecan, Key Lime, and many more,
CAKES & CUPCAKES
Our cakes are made in small batches using the highest quality whole ingredients. All cake flavors can be specially ordered as layer cakes. See our bakery case for today’s flavors. Please provide 48 hours notice; however, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests, so please ask. All cake orders must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
CAKE STORAGE AND SERVING
Our cakes should be stored in refrigerator and served at room temperature for optimal flavor and texture. They also can be stored in the freezer in an airtight container.

Our buttercream is made with traditional methods using European-style butter. Flavors include: Almond, Chocolate, Coconut, Lemon, Mocha, Peanut Butter, Nutella, Salted Caramel, and Vanilla. Ganache and Whipped Cream are available for an additional charge.
Our standard fillings include buttercream flavor of your choice. For an additional charge you may also opt for chocolate or vanilla pastry cream, chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse, lemon curd, raspberry jam, whipped cream, or fresh fruit.
