Our bakery has gluten-free friendly and nut-free options but we are a facility that uses nuts, wheat, seafood, and other common allergens. Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy.
PICKUP INFORMATION
You will receive a fulfillment confirmation via email when one of our team members reviews and accepts your online order. We may call you with questions about your order. *All items will be delivered cold or at room temperature. Orders will be ready during regular business hours (listed at the bottom of the page) at the pickup time requested during checkout.
We receive and fulfill a large volume of orders each day. Your scheduled pickup time is an agreement: pickup is the responsibility of the customer. Please select a time during our business hours that works for you. We cannot guarantee that an employee will be at the shop after hours. We do our best to reach customers who are running late, but we cannot guarantee a courtesy call. If you are likely going to arrive after our scheduled closing, please call us during business hours to let us know. If you arrive after hours for order pickup, please report to the Employee Entrance at the back of the building, and ring the doorbell.
*In the event that you do not pickup your order, your items will be available the following business day. AMIE Bakery is not liable for items not picked up during regular business hours. Please review our store policies listed below and inform anyone who may be picking up an order on your behalf.
STORE POLICY
Only orders that are paid in full will be added to our production queue. Orders are final sale and non-refundable. If you place an order online and do not receive email confirmation within 24 hours, please call 508.428.1005 to verify receipt of the order. Orders placed with inadequate notice may not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
We receive a large number of orders every week and can only accommodate a certain capacity on our production queue. When you cancel an order with ample notice, it enables us to accommodate another customer’s request. When a last-minute cancellation is made, we are unable to make up for the lost sale. Therefore, cancellations made after a product has entered production will incur a cancellation fee. In order to maintain a manageable workload and maintain the quality of our work, we must enforce this policy.
Significant alterations to orders must be made by phone and with 3+ days notice with any additional upcharges paid in full. Requests for changes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to our production schedule and availability.
Merchandise Credit Policy
Any discrepancies with a product after it has left our store must be documented with a photo and reported to the store within 48 hours of pickup. Products with internal issues must be brought back to the store for review by our management team. Merchandise credits will not be honored without proof of discrepancy and are left up to the manager’s discretion. We only offer store credits if the mistake was made by one of our team members.
STORING + SERVING
Best storing practices vary by item, please ask a team member if you have questions about refrigeration, serving temperature, or reheating instructions. AMIE Bakery is no longer liable for items after they have been picked up by the customer or pickup person.
*Please note that Boxes of Joe (hot coffee or tea) will be brewed and boxed for your pickup time. We do not re-brew Boxes of Joe that are not picked up at the scheduled pickup time. If you are running late, please call us at 508.428.1005 to inform our staff.
