When one thinks of a typical French delicacy, the French macaron comes to mind—but there’s a mystique about making them. With the right technique and understanding potential pitfalls you can master these delicious sweets. You’ll learn how to make the macaronage, pipe the forms, and put them together with two different fillings.

Class Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registration closes 4 days before class is scheduled to run. Space is limited so early registration is the best way to secure a place in class. All classes include materials and the finished products from class. Classes are held at the bakery unless noted and run for the allotted time; please note some classes may go slightly over or under the specified timeframe depending on the number of students and their experience which can set the pace of the class.

Classes are FINAL sale and must be paid in full at the time of booking. If a class is cancelled due to lack of enrollment you may request a refund or credit toward another comparable class at a later date. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund if you must cancel for any reason. We will, however, issue a refund if we are able to fill your seat. Please wear non-skid, closed-toe shoes to class.
