Cake Camp

Do you have an aspiring baker in your family? Cake Camp is the perfect two-day course where aspiring bakers can learn how to bake layer cakes from scratch and create professional-looking finished cakes. 

Tuition and Schedule

Cake Camp sessions run on a scheduled Monday and Tuesday from 8:30-12:30. Tuition: $270; includes class instruction, light snack, bottled water, and take-home decorating kits (a $30 value) that include: a bench scraper, off-set spatula, four disposable pastry bags, two couplers, two pastry bag ties, six popular piping tips, and a rose nail. Students take home a finished two-layer cake.

Baking bootcamp

Baking Bootcamp can be taken as a standalone three-day session or as a continuation of Cake Camp. Each day students will learn new skills and explore new areas of baking.

Day 1 Cookies. Day 2 Pies. Day 3 Bagels and Pizza. What more could you ask for?

Baking Bootcamp sessions run consecutively on a scheduled Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30-12:30. Tuition: $360; includes class instruction, light snacks, and bottled water. Students take home finished products they make in class.
