Add some pizazz to your table while learning some fondant techniques to cover cakes. You'll create one 6-inch round dummy cake covered with fondant and learn a lace technique similar to the one shown here. Held

Quiche is so versatile. You can make an infinite number of combinations; we’ll make three varieties (vegetarian, Lorraine, and ham and cheese). You’ll learn how to make the savory dough and the techniques we use to hasten shrinkage in the tart pan.
